In a sign of just how desperate he’s become, Jeremy Rockliff has again extraordinarily endorsed dangerous anti-Tasmania, anti-vaxxer candidate Dr Julie Sladden.

Just last year the Australian Medical Association said it was “appalled” at the Liberal Party’s decision to select a candidate who holds “dangerous and misleading” anti-vax views.

And if those anti-vax views weren’t bad enough, Dr Sladden also holds a distinct anti-Tasmanian view too.

After laughing and nodding to an interviewer describing Tasmanians as ostriches, Dr Sladden is quoted as saying: "I've always said, there's a special kind of person that lives down in Tasmania you know [..] you've got to want to be prepared to be about five years, 5-10 years behind the times," 

Dr Sladden’s words speak for themself. It’s appalling that despite being fully-aware of them, Jeremy Rockliff will still proudly have Dr Sladden as part of his team.

Tasmania needs a fresh start, but they are just getting more of the same from Jeremy Rockliff.
